Privacy policy
- The controller of your personal data is Romic s.c. Czmajduch Rozalia Czmajduch Katarzyna, Pszczyna, ul. Józefa Lompy 6, 43-200 Pszczyna. In matters related to the processing and protection of personal data, you may contact us by e-mail at: biuro@romicgranulaty.pl. You may also contact the Controller in these matters by traditional correspondence sent to the Controller’s address with the note: “Personal Data Protection”, or in person at Romic s.c. Czmajduch Rozalia Czmajduch Katarzyna, Pszczyna, ul. Józefa Lompy 6, 43-200 Pszczyna.
2. The legal basis and purpose of processing your personal data by the Controller are:
1.) Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing of data is based on your consent for the purpose of sending you marketing content, including commercial information about Romic s.c. Czmajduch Rozalia Czmajduch Katarzyna, Pszczyna, ul. Józefa Lompy 6, 43-200 Pszczyna, its services and organised events, by means of electronic communication (e-mail, SMS, MMS) and using telecommunications terminal equipment (telephone, computer).
2.) Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing of data is necessary for the performance of a contract, if a cooperation agreement has been concluded with you, or
3.) Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing of data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject, in particular for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from generally applicable laws, tax regulations and accounting regulations;
4.) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing of data is based on our legitimate interest consisting in responding to enquiries, providing information about our activities and about the products and services we offer at the request of interested persons;
5.) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing of data is based on our legitimate interest consisting in carrying out analyses aimed at improving the services we provide and introducing new services;
6.) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing of data is based on our legitimate interest consisting in establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
3. You have the right to request access to your data, as well as its rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and you also have the right to data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data where the processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR. Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for such marketing, including profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
4. Your data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.
5. Your personal data is processed voluntarily and will be processed only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above, or until you effectively object to its processing or withdraw your consent. The period of personal data processing may be extended by the applicable limitation period for claims if the processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of possible claims or for defence against such claims.
6. Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, in particular providers of IT, graphic design and design solutions, as well as entities providing accounting, legal, courier or postal services on our behalf, solely in connection with the fulfilment of our purposes.
7. If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending information to the e-mail address specified in point 1 above or in writing to the Controller’s address.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, namely the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1). Cookies
The controller of personal data is Romic s.c. Czmajduch Rozalia Czmajduch Katarzyna, Pszczyna, ul. Józefa Lompy 6, 43-200 Pszczyna. “Cookies” are understood as IT data stored on users’ terminal devices and intended for use when browsing websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the website from which they originate, the period for which they are stored on the terminal device, and a unique number. The website does not automatically collect any information other than the information contained in cookies.
Cookies are intended to facilitate the use of the website. The Operator uses these files for the following purposes: enabling users to log in and maintaining the user session on subsequent pages of the website; adapting website content to the user’s individual preferences, in particular by recognising the user’s device in order to display the website in accordance with those preferences; and creating anonymous statistics without the possibility of identifying the user.
Cookies used by the website Operator’s partners, including in particular website users, are subject to their own privacy policies.
In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations designed to prevent data from being made available to unauthorised persons. We monitor compliance with these procedures and continuously verify their conformity with the relevant legal regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, as well as all applicable implementing regulations and European Union legislation.
By default, software used for browsing websites allows cookies to be stored on the User’s terminal device. These settings may be changed by the User in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to notify the User each time cookies are sent to the User’s device.
Website Users may change their cookie settings at any time. Detailed information on how cookies can be managed is available in the settings of the relevant software (web browser).
The Website Operator informs Users that changes to the settings in their web browser may prevent the Website from functioning properly.
